I was born and raised in Tulare, CA and have spent most of my life in the Central Valley. It's comforting to call the Valley, home.
I graduated from Tulare Western High School and quickly went to work for the family business as an Auto Insurance Claims Administrator and Estimator. Ultimately, my passion for helping others in a time of need outweighed my desire to carry on the family business and I decided to switch my focus to the legal field.
I believe that the City of Tulare and surrounding communities are greatly underrepresented when it comes to quality legal services. Further, I was disappointed to learn that people seeking legal help must often look to bigger cities in both Southern and Northern California. I decided to stay local and attend law school at the San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, CA, where I was honored with a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Criminal Law. I served as Treasurer for the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity and volunteered at the New American Legal Clinic where I worked on immigration cases. Law school was a very rewarding experience, and it solidified my urge to help people accused of crimes navigate through a very hard and devastating time.

Meet Jeffrey D. Boggs II
Upon completing my legal education, I decided I wanted to give back to this underserved community and practice law right here in my hometown, Tulare CA. I opened the Boggs Law Firm in 2017 and have been helping the people of Tulare, Kings, Fresno and Kern counties ever since.
In my criminal defense practice, I handle various types of criminal and juvenile cases, restraining order requests, and defense of restraining orders. I have since expanded my practice to include business formation and organization, contract review and negotiation, and other related legal business services.
